Maggie's Photo Shoot at Bellevue Botanical Gardens

I was contacted by Maggie to do a photo shoot for her upcoming website and business brochure. Maggie is a Physical Therapist and really wanted a location with beautiful natural scenery...of course the Bellevue Botanical Gardens came to mind. Maggie is a beautiful woman and easy-going which made her photo session an enjoyable and relaxed time as we explored the gardens together. Stephanie from Inner Reflection Makeup Studio met us at the gardens and gave Maggie a customized makeup application - she did a great job! Maggie wanted a few nature images for her promotional pieces. I thought it was somewhat ironic because I love taking pictures of people - my parents are actually the nature photographers in the family, and own their own photography business in which they focus on landscapes, nature, flowers and Northwest scenery. In the morning I talked with my mom and she was regretting she couldn't be at the gardens herself for a photo op - I had to remind her I was there to photograph a person, and ended up doing what my mom loves to do!
